the relations bar is empty..how to fix it

I have the game installed on android ( not the winter update) is there a way to download the new update without losing any progress?

If I download the newer free version of the game, will it autoload from my last save file? Or do I need to back up my old game or what do I do if I don't want to lose any progress?

Hi, I got the second old key and when I tried to use it on a lock it just disappears, I'm wondering if that's how far the public version goes or if I'm missing something.
